New Artifact Ship Disintegration

 Ship Disintegration
100 Energy Instantly disable a ship with 100 energy. Why? Because it does not matter how big or powerful ships are anyway. All you need it to use a bunch of artifacts and bam. This will lessen the load on the server and we will get the end goal of the attack which is to disable the target ship.
