What will happen once all the planets in the galaxy are scanned and taken?
Anyone have a guess?

Yeah but eventually new players would have no chance at all because the higher ranked players will take them all.

i'm pretty sure it'll be a while before all the planets are found, but in the event it does happen my guess is that Dan will add more planets, people will fight more intensely for them resulting in a galaxy wide war. hopefully Dan has something interesting planned for us. i think the Trelith were from a different dimension so maybe we'd gain access to that dimension and its planets.

Considering there is over 4 million planets, most of which I suspect will never get colonized due to crappiness, I think we're safe. Planets get fluxed/TFOd and purged every day.
