Idea for a new artifact that works on energy recharge rate.
Effect: 2x energy recharge rate for say 30 mins.
Cost: 5 energy

Scrap:50K??
Cost in Arti points: Maybe 15K (basically rare-ish)
Possibly limit to one use per 8h or once a day
Just think it would greatly help in those situations where you need a quick energy input, say to finish someone of in a pvp, but doesn't give you a massive amount/full energy that an energy cube would give.

No. Dan said he won't lower the recharge rate past 120/hr (30 seconds each) so this won't ever happen. Plus, VERY OP for higher-ranks with buckets of AP coming in every second. -1
