Just for Halcs? or all traps?

Other traps don't have timers. You can add those immediately. Changed the title accordingly.

Question: Why use halc traps?

here's a better idea, make it so you can't use Halcs for 48 hours after a planet invasion. So you have to endure the 2 days of beating you have coming

-1 This idea is terrible. If there was a timer to use again, weaker players would definitely not play. To be honest I use halycons when I'm just npcing. However as of late trying to get my pvp up. To add a timer to those items would make them just about worthless.

Rarek's not saying to add a timer between uses. he's saying to add a clock that tells the player how long until they can use it.
