 This has been suggested heaps of times and everytime i see it, it get's a -1 coz it hasn't been thought out well enough, this has so i give it a +1.

Just because an idea is well thought out, does not mean it is a good idea. The only thing I see that MIGHT be a good thing to have is storage for Base modules. Artifact storage and ship module storage makes ship cargo meaningless. Energy storage, even at a crappy return rate, discourages energy management. If you have excess energy, donate it to the base. Research point sharing? Um... Multi abuse anyone? Red badge sharing? Grab a couple lowbie PvP people and the high ranks would have a nearly endless supply of scans and wouldn't have to bother fighting the other big ships themselves. We could do that now, but at least the lowbie has to be online and actively participate in the scanning process.
All in all this is a bad idea. Well thought out and organized? Yes. More structured than most other ideas? Yes. Good for the game? No. _________________ Ranks 400+ Join us in exploring.. Just make a couple low rank multi's, go kill a bunch of people, who cares about retal, do it again tomorrow.
