all artifacts should have a 30 sec timer on them. no one should be able to spam any artifact whether it be a buff or debuff.

this would make fighting more exsiting as well, you would have more cordiated attacks. and no should be able to spam repairs the way they do, with a 20 or 30 sec timers on the use or atrifacts it would leve the battle feild on both sides making oyu use them more wisely.
