It was a very unrefined, and quite a quick idea. The numbers and boosts are just examples...

How is Talth OP? It's the same as an Isolation Bureau without the cloak. Or a double sized Hypergate. For more artifacts used and a lot more energy spent.

And Human? Coupled with an Astrobiology Ward and a Top Ring that's a pretty good bonus actually.

The only thing I really don't care for it the "doubles if" part. I'm pretty meh on the whole idea, but the double thing definitely gets a -1 from me.
