No I put in the word butthurt because the OP is obviously 'butthurt'.

I dont know about mento, but the more debuffs get used on me, the more i laugh.

To me, its proof positive that they were too weak to kill me any other way.

Also, because of the way they stack (Getting less effective each time) casual emp use (say, 3-4) does get effected significantly by raising your defence. Sure, if they throw 15 at you, your defence doesnt matter. But your hull certainly does, and your attack will make them feel pain.
IF they throw 15 disarming bombs, now your attack doesnt matter either.

But of course, that means they just spent 150 energy doing nothing but debuffs, before even attacking. Thats expensive energywise!

If someone uses these 15 emp's and disarming bombs on me, they then require a minimum of 48 attacks against me to get the disable if they hit my damage cap. (Assuming they also use a krionite torpedo. If not, add another 25 attacks on, or 125 energy)

So now that i have been totaly and utterly debuffed and killed, my attacker has spent 395 energy to get the kill, or 515 if they did not use a krionite.

You know... given i have to use a single artifact to repair myself, im kind of happy with that trade. TO me it feels like there is a very good reason to keep raising my defence and hull...

Maybe the OP was but the points made through the thread are still equally valid.

i'd like to see debuffs limited to one of each like they are on all npc's if you cant kill someone work on your ship there is no one in this game who cant be killed without debuffs you just have to invest some energy into it if you really want to kill them.

I'll put it to you this way, if someone steals your best planet, imagine if someone managed to steal a 22x Artifact, mega Collosal off you, would you want to disable/hack/raid as much as possible? I sure would, it may be petty and not worth your while in the grand scheme of things but it at least gives you tiny bit of satisfaction right. Now what if they're double or even triple your rank, your defenseless.

I guess all weak and scary souls are EMP lovers i will really enjoy seeing debuff limited to 2x or 3x, just cant wait see them screaming in anger talking of butthurt at the same time trolling #&$#, honour is dead ! long live the COWARDS !

The players who badge me off the Bt are almost double my rank and if someone much stronger than me steals my planet you alert them to your legion and you work together to take them down and zero them out that's what your legion is there for.

right, so if mento decided he didnt like you, and started kicking your ass every day, and you had no one in your legion to help you, what would you do then? Nothing. emps balance the field, its not cowardly at all.

How would Mento or some one else end up kicking ur ass everyday if you are not stupid enough to get on his log for him to do so

By now you should know who you can mess with and which players you should stay away from and if you dont you will find out.

So if you saw a nice undefended 22x mega collosal of his you wouldn't take it right because you know who you should mess with and who not.

I would..and thanks to the planets fluxes it will be mine... but i'm not gonna be stupid enough to keep alerting my self after two days of being pounded by him.. Common sense folks..it don't matter how many times in those two days I get 0ed nvm the freaking debuffs..

you just simply don't mess with ppl that request from Dan to implement the ranking points to be spent as a whole cause they pull 150-200 rescued prisoners a day.. ( I can see the click problem there)

If you are referring towards my reply of how can Mento kick my ass everyday just because to the difference of me stealing his 22X and get beat for two days I don't see how is that void and hypocritical. We talking about two different things which you brought the planets in to play..

Really? Really? This is a topic.....Really? If your weak enough that you need to use artis on me then I'll make you pay when I get back on. At the same time I'm not gonna cry to everyone cause I got disabled. If for some reason someone stronger does it to me same idea maybe a little less payback, who knows? Either way get over it the only thing I hate when I get spammed is that it fills my log up would love a summary rather than each individual act, same with the guy who disables, raids and hacks me multiple times.
