im rank 215 doing sha'din medal, put 2k scan on just incase. any advice on when it appears?

The lowest recorded is 304 or something like that. So, early 300's

If you can see the medal, you can see Caelon.

the medal appears at rank 300 so thats the earliest it can be seen.

Don't forget that on top of being rank 300, you also need 2000 scan, as it has 2000 cloak on it.

so at 300 you sit and camp with 2k scan untill you find the caeleon in the npc tab  sounds like a long wait

I'm not guaranteeing they will (they didn't for me), but it's worth a shot as long as your scan is high enough.
