After reading about someone changing IGN getting in to a legion being promoted then booting 33 members of said legion I thought maybe the legion tab should have an archive of ships coming and going for 24 hours ^ Similar to that ^ Any ships that leave or get booted would remain on the log for 24 hours giving access to their comms. v Similar to This v

It's not just applicable in the above scenario, there's been times when folk jump out and someone in legion needs to contact them but they aren't on friends list. I just used that scenario as it made me think of the suggestion.

+1 only if you make it 48 hours. Sometimes, I can't jump back online for quite sometime. Just sayin'.

Unless your legion has alot of traffic for trades and such, i don't see how it wouldn't be impossible to post that kinda of info for people leaving or being kicked in the last 7 days or longer.
Why not take it a step further and add a 3rd column for people that applied to join and was rejected by an officer or leader. Might cut down on the riffraft esp if someone else lets in someone that applied after some other leader said no for one reason or another, i.e. Leaders that read the forums.
+1 overall tho

For once, I kinda have to agree with Failname. Not much use for a vast majority of legions and would just take up server space. I'm mostly anti-"Dan add this feature because we're morons"

I'm mostly anti-"Dan add this feature because we're morons" Yes, the sad situation that happened was not a great moment in GL history, and they should have looked into the guy more before promoting him without thinking. That being said, it doesn't take away from the fact that this is still an idea with potential, not just to avoid that example. +1

I don't think anyone would have seen that one coming.

+1 overall tho Now that definitely gets a +1 from me. We don't always get a lot of ship traffic but when we do, it's hard to tell who's coming and going.

Note that the example shows you having the link to their ship. This needs to be discussed. Obviously, it would need to show their ship in the same way looking over a legion application does, ie no ability to fire on them or use any arts. Otherwise, it could be abuseable in so many ways (pounding on someone after you kick them for calling you a bad word, for example). On the other hand, being able to smack someone around after they do sonething genuinely stupid could be a great use of the feature if it was pvp enabled. Not sure how I feel about this one overall. +0 until more people weigh in on how such an idea could change the game.

Nevertheless, you make a good point. This is a 50/50 topic for me.
