If you want to smash and grab someone's good arties, you need to put in the time NPCing. I did 3 ranks of NPCs just today and got 5 or 6 of them. Mylarai Build Extractor (Uses Left: 59)

Having every single feature of the game available via credit doesn't seem like a positive trend to me.

Trust me, the more time you spend killing NPC's, the more of those exractors you'll accumulate. Mylarai Build Extractor (Uses Left: 76). Personally, I don't like the idea of adding an easy to obtain artifact to the GP market list.
