so a few minutes ago my legion like usual locked a base but there was something a little odd about the legion that the base belonged too, and that somehow with only one person it had a strength score of 1891998 and to add a cherry on top of that its only member is rank 4000 and appears nowhere on the leader boards

that is Dan, the developers legion, Darkstar is his name in game. and he purposly isn't on the leader board to keep them game fair for all players, although at one point his legion did make a brief appearnce, but yeah he uses the legion to test stuff before it's released.

He also made his ship strength that high because a while back there was a huge push to be #1 on the Strength Leaderboard and displace the Dysonians, so he made his ship stronger than their whole legion (at the time) and allowed his legion to be on the Leaderboards for a few hours as a joke.

Well really. He can use as much GP as he wants, because all he's doing is sending the money to himself. It's not really spending anything. Nothing to do with tone in the slightest.

We've scanned him twice now (I wasn't online for the most recent occasion). I think we need to educate our players not to lock him again.

I think you're right about him not caring, as one of our members locked him AGAIN recently and he didn't bother to defend it. I suspect he might have made it a level 8 (or 9) instead of a 4, if it bothered him at all. Maybe Dan just wants to give us all some easy silvers.
