Medal Reward: Race Avatars

With some new medals could come new race avatars. We have the titles and ship designs to vary things up, and are visually appealing, but imo sometimes looking at your same race picture can get old. While it isn't something that others can view, it can be good for personal flavor.
The reward avatars don't have to be too complex. A simple change in color or even using a different gender of the race can work. (i.e. Terran Outsider for female human, zolazin male avatar, etc.)
Dan permitting, perhaps TAG could create some options that he could select and save him some time in terms of creation?

Then instead of a different gender it could be a variant of the species.
Example: in the Inergon fan-made history it said that there are red Inergon variants.
