yeah, upon a second message, any planet just ALERTED and not gained, even if you have it alerted 5 times or more, it will still count towards the bane ranking up.
no clarification on footballs and having them purged.

I have mine at level 5 and only reason it is not 6 is because I am not loyal and couldn't do a scan run today.
I would like to see the description says ranks upon invading a planet you have not invaded before, rather than 48 hrs. I can rank it up my way without footballs or legion mate alerts but it is still annoying.
