hey guys i need some advice on what to work on for my ship to be a killer pvp ship
the following are my current stats (which i am very dissapointed by so all help is appreciated)

Dont add any decks except via ship bots

heavy into tach

Get your doms mark 1 installed

Get your 3 proteins

heavy tach (little bit of E to keep you pvping a little longer)

Low decks

get into a good pvp legion who can help you grow your ship

work on your arti/h it can never be to high

Avoid bad planets even if your desperate for planets you'll regret them later on.

Fireblade did a god job of explaining it. I guess the only thing I could add would be to focus almost entirely on artifact planets. Don't even bother with other types for a while. Oh, and probably join an artifact legion.
