I did everything that I can to rank up this thing, and it's still at rank 1. I'm level 85, could there be a rank requirement to rank up this allies or not? Did anyone at my level or lower actually ranked up this ally?

I did both, invade a recently scanned planet, invade an alerted planet. And yes, I checked and I never own the alerted planet. Anyone lower than level 100 has the bane ranked up? Could u please post a picture?

Recently Scanned meaning planets that were scanned within the 48 hours span.

Are you sure you aren't doing something extra in this mix? People have a habit of doing something that they don't mention at first that causes the problem.
Legion-mate alerts a world you do not already have on scan, you "invade" (not colonize), and it should rank up fine.

That's what I did. I tried 2 times already, nothing will make the thing rank up. Just wonder if anyone below level 100 has the thing ranked up yet? Please post a picture
