Good decision elerian- as you npc hit more as you go up- mining just keeps going up as well

Research is just uneccesary- don't take anything but ap planets

I wouldnt recommend freeze ranking, but slow ranking sure, unless your just trying to be the best in your rank bracket... im still aiming for top 10%, and i'll just keep my blinders on to everyone else till i feel im there :P **casually does not look at mentos threads of boasting**

well its going to serve several purposes, one of which was it factors into that outline I sent ya in PM, another is hat I wont totally be freeze ranking, all of my xp though is going to come from cheap BT hits till i get the rest of my DOM upgrades, the casual crimson hawk, casual assassin / siege cannon, and the usual suspects ( troop carriers ), and planet scans.

I got bored at work today and went on a 2 hour NPC binge, which is impressive for me since my runs normally last all of about 10 minutes. Ranked up 5 times and no Caelon. IF I ever see that douchecanoe while im "frozen" im throwing every arti under EoTS at him.

Also I dont want to loose the fast food BT so doing this = faster kills, less xp, and hopefully i can slam out "The Elite" and "My Cargo Runnith Over" before I hit rank 400. That way rank 400+ can be focused on missions like i meant it to.

your clearly much more focused and better at setting a hard goal... i reached my goal of raising my arti production significantly, and ill keep raising it via thefts, because thats where the fun is at.
ill do a scan blitz when im totally out of planets and have a few hundred extra purgers, for an extended scan run... might have to save a tri or cube or two to get through that many planets.

end of September update.

Completed defensive upgrades, and pretty much done adding decks for necessary modules, but might as well go for the medal at 4400, i think i can make use of those extra decks in time.

did a scan run, two x15 arti planets popped up, one got fluxed in record time, suspiciously odd... stole the other. EOTS planet.
scan maxed out at about 9600, managed to get 751 planets took about 7K energy, those last 15 took forever.

Finished the trellith chain, nice little boost to arti production for 10 energy a day.
working on bio ship chain (for defence enhancements) and titancore chain for sensors.
might try to get clear skies and deep meditation, but jesus, thats 40 days of not even trying for a planet... my number of thefts will lag a bit in that time
restraining order might as well get done in this time as well.

also temp fluxed a couple mining planets, helped mining cap even sooner. gave one x17 away though so im only ahead an extra planet overall.


Mining 11941/ hour
Artifacts 31544/ hour caps in 8.05 hours.
Research 16516/ hour looking to sell a x15 for 3K, which will be a loss of 800 pts, only a month of scientists to replace it and they cant be stolen.



4208 Engineers adding energy for a little while, maybe stop at 7 or 8K
6200 Tactical Officers Major thefts are done for a while, so no immediate need to increase this massively at the moment
3359 Helmsmen just letting androids make this grow for a while
5806 Scientists

Wow, that is amazing, seeing u from the start (rank 214) til now at 642, your progress was amazing, i've been focusing on my T.O's for a while now and they haven't been increasing as quick as i wanted them to, same with my helmsman, but now i know it's because u have alot of artifact capacity, curious to know what it is currently. I know u have alot of artifact production but the increases in crew comes from that and capacity which is what i need to work on.

arti production is about 33.5K an hour atm, extra storages is about 175K, so yeah, that's helping and I'm still capping on my 9th hour.
ill be posting another update after i get my hallowed items.

making the progress i have isn't all that hard, like I've been saying, take every arti planet you can get (that's going to be a good producer) and don't worry about who the owner is. I've always personally liked dysonian planets because of who they are and have that 'untouchable' stigma. but I've only ever had one reclaimed by them.

making a bit of progress on the bioship chain, using pyramids as i get them, also upto getting the sentiox artis, almost there for those titan proxy sensors.

actually you were over mine there for a bit then, my APH jumped by 3k a couple of days ago ;P, also i had set a production goal of 12k each by rank 400 to support myself in the long run, as mining has always been an issue for me trying to keep up with the tech i place on my ship and what not. even at almost 12k / hr its still pretty tight :(
