 High ranking new NPC's

Graxis, Stryll Prison 160 - 700
Xavox, Stryll Punisher 200 - 900
Silthion Hive Colony 200 - 900

There are three more that have yet to be upgraded for the high ranks that should be.

To start off we will go witht he Graxis, Stryll Prison. The Stryll is a great race and need to have their boss's and elites back. I mean we have their assassin's but where are they all coming from? lol So here is what I think for them. Though I will say this. The Prison and the one below are bigger then a normal boss and if someone wants to think of a boss NPC for them that would be awesome. :D

Stryll Space Prison.
Pic should be of a massive space station that looks like the prison and Xavox in the way its designed.
The space Prison is a massive structure that is built all around the galaxy. The Stryll like to take massive amounts of prisoners to these stations to torture them and then sell them as slaves.

Ranks: 700 - 4000
Enemy Type: Boss fortress 15
Rewards: up to 15
Ability's: Stryll massive Disruption (lowers defense by 50% instead of 40%)
Attack: 15K
Defense: 20K
Cloak: 4000
Hull: 1.8M
Shield: 900K
180K damage from each person.
Drops: Upgraded Stryll Prey Tracker
Rescued Stryll Prisoners

Ok now for the Xavox, Stryll Punisher I am saying this one mainly because I am running lower on their drops then I would like and I would love to see the Stryll get their elite back as well as their big boss. lol

Zarox, Stryll Flayer
Pic should be like the punisher but darker in nature and more fearful looking.
The Zarox is one of the most feared ships in the galaxy's. No one knows for sure what happens in there and no one wants to know. Some of the rescued prisoners that come from the Stryll say that they have seen some other prisoners come off their ships and they could no longer even recognize their race How they where still alive they did not know.

Ranks: 800 - 4500
Enemy Type: Elite 4
Rewards: up to 4
Ability's: Fearful appearance: scares a part of your crew lowering your defense or attack by 25% for 30 mins.
Attack: 20K
Defense: 18K
Cloak: 3500
Hull: 150K
Shield: 450K
150K damage from each player
Drops: Interrogation fortress (defense 500 everything else the same)
Survivor: Find one person left alive on the ship that has any chance to do anything ever again. He joins your crew giving you 1 rank point. (This I'm not sure about please if you think of any better ideas let me know. I want the Zarox to be soemthing people keep wanting to hit and not just let sit there because they don't think they need any more of the fortress like the Xavox was. Thanks.)


Now the Silthion Hive Colony, We have the queen but the queen no longer has a hive. So here is my thoughts. We should have a new mission for one that will allow us to see further into the Silthions command structure. Something like we need to catch so many queens and prob their minds find where they go or come from and this leads to what we think is their very small home world but ends up just being one of many worlds/asteroids they made into a massive colony for them. Should give a new arti which when put on the ship leads to a new NPC listed below.

Pic should be a round ball that used to be a tiny world or asteroid but is now made into a home for the Silthion.
The Silthion cluster is a massive ball made up of several hives and protected by many fighter Silthions. It being one of their main bases that even the Hives report to is very well defended.

Ranks: 900 - 4500
Enemy type: Boss 10
Rewards: up to 10
Ability's: Cluster Frenzy (75% boost to Attack for 30 minutes)
Attack: 20K
Defense: 18K
Cloak: 4000
Hull: 1.5M
Shield: 0
150K damage from each person.
Drops: upgraded Silthion Gas Vesicle
upgraded Silthion T-Plasma Hub
upgraded Silthion T-Phase Utricle
Energy sacs (Need to keep it fun maybe use this and replace the hub if dan doesn't want our recharge rate higher on energy. lol)

Well there you go again. Three more that need upgraded but these effect a much larger group of players since they have not been updated at all and would be good for many many more players. :D

And thanks fluffy on that last post I don't know how I keep missing stuff like. :P

That would be awesome, but I don't see anymore energy recharge mods or tech coming out because Dan likes players to spend more GP on energy refills.

Great ideas Mojo :D

Lack of high end content is a huge issue as we all know, and has cost great players already. I see no reason at all why rank 2000+ should lose npcs, if anything yes.. upgrade. If it easier and faster then coming up with new.. personally I'd like to see new and upgrades. After the holiday "specials" here is to hoping Dan concentrates on pure high end content for awhile. The game itself is in place, there is plenty for low ranked ships to do, yet the ones who have invested the time (and GP) have nothing, and worse, lose what remained for them.

But back to you Mojo, all well thought out ideas. Please keep them coming.. it will be easier to have happen if we can help Dan as much as possible, and you are loading him up with solid, fair, nearly finished npcs/drops.

Loving these ideas. I'm starting to get to the point where im running out of NPC's, just having passed rank 1k, and i dread the coming months of ranking, because with every passing rank, my interest in the game faints...
So, I'd like to add a few of my suggestions as well:

Lets start with the Terran Outsiders, shall we?

T.O. Command Star.
Not sure how it should look, but maybe something similar to one of the higher lvl base images?
This massive construction from the Terran Outsiders is used to Coordinate all of their actions trough-out the entire Galaxy, and is one of the best defended and most fortified constructions ever made by any race.

Ranks: 1000-5200.
Enemy type: Boss 15. (yes, i know there are few legions out there with 15 people above rank 1K, but im thinking ahead, trying to make an NPC that will still be reliable for the next year or two)
Rewards: up to 15.
Abilities: T.O. Experimental Blaster: fires an experimental weapon the T.O's have been working on at attacking ships, doing (X%) damage to combined hull+shield.
T.O. Amplification: increases the Command Stars Defense by 25% for 30 minutes.
T.O. Diffusion: Lowers the attack of attacking ships by 40% for 30 minutes.
Attack: 26K
Defense: 30K
Cloak: 4k
Hull: 1.6M
Shield: 2M
240K Damage per person.
Drops: I think some of the Drops Plagueis posted are pretty good, many of them work with this one to, in an upgraded form.
One difference from his Super Dreadnaught, where you get the upgraded phase barrier, with this one you'd get the upgraded Shield Generator.
T.O. Integration-Grid Generator(better name needed?): size: 32, Shield: 480. limit 2.
T.O. Omniscient amplification device - Increases shield and hull capacity by 15% for 1 day. Immune to removal by other artifacts.
T.O. Exergonic Amplifier - Increases Defense by 15% for 12 hours. Immune to removal by other artifacts.
MegaCharged cells - Permanently increases shield capacity by 60
Expires in 2 days? 1 day?
I know this one will be tough, but we need something big, and strong.

Ok, now on to something else.
I've noticed the Crimson Blades only have Elites, no Bosses, so i thought, why not give them one?

Crimson Control Center.
This is where the Crimson Blades come to drop of all the loot from their victims. The Crimson Blades are very paranoid about members of other species coming to steal their already stolen goods, and have therefore equipped this base with a myriad of offensive and defensive systems.

Ranks: 800-4400
Enemy Type: boss 10.
Rewards: up to 10.
Abilities: The Crimson Scourge? lowers defense of attacking ships by 20% for 20 minutes.
Crimson Mega-Charger: Increases the Bosses attack by 25% for 20 minutes.
Attack: 24K
Defense: 18K
Cloak: 1.5k
Hull: 720K
Shield: 580K
130K damage Per Person.
Drops: Korteth HyperBlasters: upgraded version of the twin Blasters. Size: 20. Attack: 230. Limit: 4 Crimson Weapons.
Crimson Underground Defense Network: Plant Structure: Size: 2, artifact: 2, Mining: 2, Defense: +10%. limit 2.
Crimson Structural Systems: Permanently increases hull by 25.

I've probably got a few more suggestions rambling around in my head, but its time to get busy in the real world, so i'll update the list as i have time.
Anyway, let me know what you think.

Oh god please yes to all these ideas.

The rank 2k+ range of this game is lacking so much for us to do, and these NPC's have some great drops that will keep people playing & no doubt paying for a good while to come.

I love the idea of bringing back some new blood too, such as the Silthion and Stryll, and with interesting and necessary drops too.

It gets mighty cold once you pass rank 2000 in-game in terms of NPC warfare and these are all great suggestions, that really only need an NPC image to go with them.

Sereomontis, I like your ideas but here is some things I think I would do differnt on them. First off on your TO one. I would love to have another Fortress Boss out with 15 open spots. But I think it has to many abilities it can use on it. I like the last two but I'm not sure about the first one... But thats just me. Also I think that this one would be coming out way to soon after the one Plagueis wrote about. This should be the one after this one starting at rank 1500 or something or more giving other players time to find the one Plagueis wrote up and get the awards from it. Then once they get them and some time passes they would find yours. maybe even 1500 is to close to it who knows.

Next off your Crimson one. The only think that is holding me back on this one is the upgrade to the twin blasters. Many of us have gotten twin blasters upgraded and yours while being better would make us have to restart on them and get the Kelethors to upgrade them again. Something I would not look forward to since I'm not even close to upgrading all the ones I have now. :P The other two drops don't sound bad though and are both ones that I would keep hitting a NPC for. (But don't count on it to have two artifact and two mining on it.)

How about rank 2200 and above gets access to quasi drops via a much rarer version of the TO Carrier or just let them keep getting to carriers.

though the drops from the hyperports need to have their scrap value upped significantly or a drop needs to be added that gives people incentive to hit a hyperport after they have their shipmods

great ideas hope there implimented soon definately need an upgraded troop too was trying not to reach 2200 just for that reason heard the harvesters also dissapeared but looks like we have been heard look forwards to battleing the upgraded npcs dan gives us a reason to keep playing :)

I agree with Epicownage, I may be at a low enough rank that I don't have to worry about it for a while but I don't ever want to lose troop carriers or harvesters their drops are too valuable.

Also, I'm surprised no one had suggested this,
As mentioned in the Eralach's Proposal mission:

Sirakar, Crimson Flagship
After Eralachs betrayal the Crimson Blades went back to the drawing board for a complete overhaul of its original design, and now, boasting modules and capabilities that put even the Kelethor to shame, the Sirakar is one of the most fearsome ships in the galaxy.

Anyone who wants to can fill in the stats and abilities.

Possible drops:

Crimson Lightning Cannon/Generator

Crimson Crux Thruster

How about it drops a crimson weapon that you can have installed IN ADDITION TO the current twin blasters? There's a limit of two crimson platings (Vortul/Korteth/Sirakar), but you can also have four scythe platings installed. By the way, I heard that scythe platings are not upgradable with Kelethor's Schematics. Is that true?
