I dont know if eney one came up with this or what but ive ben thinking what if the leader of a legion can pick eney planet and build a legion hq building on it and after building it allows equal resources to all legion members like if i build a robotics lab and it gives me like 5 more research points then all legion members get 5 research points added to your research level same with the mining and artifacts

how about since you can only build one legion hq itl add 50% to harvested resources and you got to be a certain rank to build it
