Stuck in Race select

 I've used a Sphere of New Era and now i'm stuck in Race select. I can choose my race and then press proceed... then nothing happens, i've tried several times with no success. I don't want to loose my character, i've put a lot of time and effort into it. Can you help me Dan? My name is Nathan Lindsay Ebert, my in game name is EggyMadrox.

I can't access the in-game help, all the game is allowing me to do is change race then nothing. there's nothing else to choose on the screen.

ok, it's gone back to normal now but i lost my sphere of new era and i'm still the same race and profession, what a rip.

...The contact option is not in game, it's in facebook. Scroll to the bottom and hit contact/report this app. Then hit contact developer-snip-. Then type in your message. Contact him and get your sphere of the new era back.
