get your mark 3 dominion cannons max researched hull modules (i recommend trading shield mods for this) get the protean armories get more artifact, its very low. i have 3x the income you do and im only 4 ranks above you(excavator will help with this if you choose that profession) ready yourself to be rid of sillixx. you get about 80-90 of your decks from its racial bonus. trade some modules around so you can do without it.

if I am to max hull mods I need to get 78 space and I only have 50 from shield mods Also how should I make the space of 83 decks when I change?

I am actually trying to save up for Anubis ship ally since I am almost there but I could get rid of an attack mod and the shields for the space needed and then work from there

The Null Rays I would like to keep because they are providing a good bonus to my attack and I can afford the upkeep so no need to worry about that but this is what I would like to do once I change profession
Get rid of weapon module 43 space and then I should be able to rank 10 times this month so that gets me 50 cargo space which means I have an extra 10 space after Sillix is gone Then I would like to get rid of another weapons mod for 43 space and install one hull mod so I have 4/5 and then upgrade another anti proton

I rely on my 560 shield quite a lot when attacking elites and bases because it means I don't have to repair and also I have over 200 shield amps so most of the time I am sitting with 1120 and yes indeed I meant decks sorry

Fixer. Excavator is only useful if you have high AP income.

That is what I was thinking but the only planets that I am colonising are artifact so that should get to 1000 soon enough  but mayybe fixer is better because my hull modules are really good (y)

Your ship build would have to differ depending on whether you go fixer or excavator. If you're going fixer, your current loadout is fine, if you're going excavator I would uninstall the two shield modules and try to place another hull in their place to maintain close to the same amount of hull that you had as a fixer, even if it's not a perfect fermionic armour for the time being.
(albiet I'd drop either two null rays or heavy anti protons since your ship will shrink, the konqul bonus will maintain your attack power)
