dan it would be great to have a artifact sale this xmas.
say 25% or 50% off sale.
would really make the majority of player purchase Gp this month.
i know i would take advantage of it.

i know i would take advantage of it. -1, unless Dan is going to retroactively refund the GP already spent by many players on the GP items hundreds if not thousands have already bought.

thats why its called a xmas SALE.
all other games have some sort of yearly deals. why shouldn't
GL have one as well.

Unfortunately it's too late this time around to get discounts on the holiday items as many people who have already bought them would be peeved, though a discount on other GP items like terraformers and quasis would be acceptable.

It was not mentioned it would be a sale on specific "xmas" artifacts or anything, in fact it is still weeks before "xmas". I like the idea, have like, a 2 or 3 day sale between 23-27, it would make sure people log in, and it would give people a chance to use xmas money.

I think basically every country in the world has some sort of "after-Christmas-sale" where they give people a chance to spend whatever money they might have gotten in presents, on things they dont really need or want, but buy anyway, because its cheaper than usual.
This is a good example for Dan to follow.
