No, Chronofield Projector makes a planet invincible and un-desertable. It's the 2 year medal reward.

The Chronofield Projector is not extractable because it is not a building. It is a "use" artifact, and as such has no relation to extraction at all.

I was honestly hoping you were referring to the Chron Shifter, because then the question of "can it be extracted" would have actually made sense.

It probably isn't extractable, or people would use it as a shield, oh planet gets attcked, put projector on, okay they got tire and ater a week i temp flux it, hmm, i stole a planet, put extract projector rom the other planet, put projector on stolen one, a week later, temp flux.

It isn't extractable because it isn't a planetary building artifact. It's like asking if you can extract an Orbital Mass Disruptor, or an Engineered Virus, or a Terraformer.
