Way way WAY too much mining.
That caps in under 5 and your arti takes over a day.... mylarai isn't helping you any at all. you should try to keep your arti to at least 2x mining. yea i was planning on getting my mining way up there then work on the tal missions, but im trying to reach rank 300 as fast as i can. also i have nothing of value so i cant go out and trade for some arti planets.

Ummm... What about that 100 plus billions you have? Talth would be a great idea. Will take awhile though. You'll want some more engineers. Youre missing a ton of pvp mods Also some npc ones too I think.
