It would be nice if multiple of the same effect stacked on the base as they do on players ships. Like the base comm interlink, bane turrets, and scruuge bastion.

That is in fact what im reffering to.

Won't really do much since the x2 thing makes a second line anyway. Very very rarely will you ever be in a position where you have a scroller on the base effects tab.

when people start using grid surge and every vortex it happens. not a big deal though.

I still think it would be nice to have it like that though it makes it look better. It annoys me when it repeats the effect on a different line when there are 2.

(A) I didn't say you never get the scroller
(B) If you're using buffs, you don't have time to look at the effects page
(C) Who the hell uses the Vortex??

seems to be more often than that. maybe we just lock alot of idiots
see it when lock others.
