It would be like a ship but only have hull, shields, and defenses. The legion would guard it and before you could attack you would have to disable 90 percent of the legion members guarding it (the ships would be the attack)

The center would take five percent of the member of that legion mineral point (they can sell them for money and legion members can send more) so the leader(s) could build modules on it
It would be where the legion info and members are when you click on the legion name and there would be a shortcut for people on the legion on the legion tab
