Make kelethor schematics scrap for ctp

 It is ridiculous that they scrap for credits, 3-7 ctp is fine, just not credits.
Or (preferred) make them like the the attiroth plating and upgrade but a small amount like +1 to a blaster or 10 on the hulls (before the upgrade) _________________   |

How about at least adding the Scythe plating to the upgradable list as it is plating from a crimson NPC?
