I really like the idea of this swarming and you can disperse others but not yourself, but it is really stupid that the cluster can swarm you again on the next attack. I think if you get dispersed there should be a 60-120 second window where your ship is immune to being swarmed. Instead of being swarmed at those times, the swarm causes double damage to your ship or only half the damage you would have inflicted gets through. Please this would be great.

Doesn't really work you can lock a swarm in 120 window without any debuffs.
