get rid of the cloak when you're not hacking, and exchange it for either attack or defense. hull numbers would be nice, too.
artifact production needs to go up, to at least 10x your rank
are you going for a small ship build?

I can't advise you on how to have fun, since each person's definition of fun is different.
As for getting strong, get the red and yellow badge modules (dominion cannon IIIs and protean armories) ASAP. They have among the best attack:deck and hull:deck ratios on the game. In order to do that, you'll need more attack, defense, and hull from researched modules (or artifact pulls) in order to hit harder and last longer in battle. Your defense isn't terrible because of the size of your ship, but you'll need more as you expand your ship size. The auto-evasion node isn't really doing much, though.
Attack and hull are both low - you'll want around 800-900 attack minimum, and around 2000-3000 hull (also minimum). Stronger ships around your rank probably have over 1000 attack and 4000 hull.
Get rid of your shield module; hull is much more space-efficient.
You don't need all 3 singularity cores on if you don't keep relays on. Your energy will never fill up since your recharge rate is only 21 per hour (it'll take about 24 hours for your energy to go to full, and if you log on more than once a day, your energy won't fill up).

Wayyyy more hull... need at least 4k at your rank.. more attack and defense.. research hull & attack modules... replace the shields with hull.. and more production. Good luck to you sir.

I have found some stats of mine from a while back, which is close to your rank. At rank 83 i was only just starting to get some good advice and starting on my red badges (I had 1 dom cannon mkIII) but most of them are better than yours. That said you can see i increased the important ones 2-4 times over 25 ranks, attack, defence, arti and research production and T.O.'s. I did this by solely focussing on PVP'ing and improving my planets, i actually got some GP to abandon the crappiest. I was in a lvl5 arti base at the time and researched just att and hull and installed the best i could. Pikavader's stats are beyond you atm, she has spent a long time biulding up that ship with lots of artis, etc. But its something to aim for in 20-30 ranks maybe?? Also, one last thing that would really help you is switching to Konqul Fixer, if you still have a Sphere of the New Era it would be worth changing.

I'll add a comparison too, I'm fairly close to your rank Rank 68, with 135 decks. Keep 4k hull+shields whenever I'm offline. All doms and upgrades down. A bit under 2k attack when I'm hunting (that's with buffs and a glass cannon build)
Spent a couple ranks getting my engineers up to where I want them to be, and researching CT lab. Back to work on TOs and hull research ^_^

Based off of comment I'm changing tactics : When I rank up I'll put 3 Ranks Points into T.O.'s and 2 Into engineers I'll use ship bots for decks When I get rescued prisoners artifact I'll use 1 in deck, 1 in T.O. and 1 in engineer
