To answer your question, not so good. Your planetary production is really poor, your research progress is not that great (and I thought mine was poor), your attack and defence are OK but should probably be better, especially attack and your cargo space is very low?? The only thing that is OK is your hull.
What to do?? Improve your production is number 1. What legion you in? You should have no problems getting into a lvl6 base which would give you 50K+ per day. I'd recommend a full arti base, despite your low research, arti is king. If you're willing to spend money to get GP then get your mission exotic and dyson, they will more than double your output. Also, it is probably worth abandoning your crappiest planets. When getting new planets only take very large and rich, or better. Also put all your research into planetary construction until you complete at least +10 buildings and then build them.
Once you have done that, I'd put research into scan modules and do a scan blitz for new planets. Or can your legion mates alert you some good planets??
While all this is going on, you will be getting rank points, put them all into tactical officers, I wouldnt worry about more decks for now (except from ship-bots) and you have enough engineers.
Do you have all 4 Dom cannons mkIII's?? Get them if you can, you will find this hard, but just take it slowly and just pick on weak ships (yes, be a bully).

Yes, my planetary production sucks, probably because i have a lot of empty lanet slots. Currently, I am the leader of a new lv 5 Research base for Anomaly, but i am doing the Kronyn chain and do plan on freeze or slow rankng once i get Kronyn. Thank youfor the info.

You need to improve on your scan, cloak and artis. If u improve on your scanning ability you're going to be able to get better planets. Better planets means more resources.
