If you get some titles they should be able to merge into certain other titles.
For example if you have "The Black Hat" and "Pirate" you have to chose between them.
But in this it could become "The Black Hatted Pirate" or someting similar.
That way people who have done both get a reward over people who have done only one.

Would there be a limit to two or three titles being merged? Would they just concatenate as nouns, or would some need to change form for merging? Some of them are already interchangeable as noun or adjective, but not all
