Hey guys, new legion Shadows Of chaos looking for some good active members, any ranks are currently acceptable but we are hoping for ranks 50+
The base is currently a level 3 artifact and research base, slightly more artifact then research, and is going to be level 4 within a month, probably much sooner.

Still no replies? even after a base level up, 2 comm links, a couple of extenders and the capability to guarentee you will enjoy your time in the galaxy here? Sure we are new but we will be strong soon so I didn't think it mattered, I mean whats it take to get you guys to join? Honestly right about now I kind of just want to know why this isn't working, so we can improve and show our strength.

We now have all the extenders that can be put on a level 4 base, it only costs three reds to scan a base currently, both comm links up and running, and are running about 25k defense without abilities on our base, with only 4 disables so far here you won't have to worry much about losing your production, come on guys we are a small amount of ctp and a ton of energy from level 5 now, with your help we can become a deadly legion even faster!
