Everyone that has a clue knows what happened to the Dysonian Legion.
Unfortunately the Base went with it.

I think when someone buys something for a base, they should be able to take it with them to another base.
They did buy it with their own money after all.

I had recently thought about the other contributions that had been made from each person as well.
It might be a good idea if the people that left the legion could have the option to take what they had put into that legions Base whether it be EM, CTP or Energy.

I think this needs to be talked about and settled ASAP.

When Krauzen and I made our decision, theft didn't even enter our minds.
Everything had gotten out of control so we made a split second decision.

If a legion doesn't meet the standard of what is expected of them then yes they need to be kicked and replaced.

An Elite Legion needs 60 Elite players or it isn't truly number one no matter how many strong ships it has. All members need to be active in all aspects.
It's the leaders decision what to do with the dead weight and problem makers.

Stay on the issue at hand so everyone can take what they put into the base with them to another.

In certain situations that wouldnt work.
what if i gave you 100k tech to dump tons of energy into our base.
then you leave and take all of it with you?

i would not want this. it could be damaging for the seasonal items to just lose them. I under stand moving on to other legions I have been in many before CRA. But idk im not the best at explianing things. so ill let others.

People could also put the modules on then "blackmail" the legion as they would lose them if they were kicked.

And make ghost the sub-legion? Kind of too late for that since Mojo has spent a ton of energy and ctp to get to where it is today.

So, of the people currently in "Dysonians" ... who is the:

if your legion wasnt filled with the RIGHT players, then you slowly (or quickly) REPLACE them. i bet if you had kicked 5 or 10 players and taken 5 or 10 players in who WANTED to be there, who were harder working or striving more for whatever goals you think werent being met. that after the first 10 or 20 had been booted, youd see a change in the attitudes of the remaining players, and if not, then you could continue REPLACING characters.

what YOU chose to do, was straight up theft, and now you feel bad about it. GFY.
you cant return the amount of $$ spent by numerous individuals over YEARS of playing.
and how would you like to handle the energy donations... there may have been a 100% GP refill deal for the entire base, there wasnt, it was more then likely a massive mix of $$ and leftover at rank up time.
but those who spent cash on refills for the base would certainly want their piece of the pie.


i will say, i dont disagree with if someone is KICKED from the legion, whatever mods they bought should be put up for auction to be bought by the legion, or returned to the original purchaser. but thats ONLY if they are kicked. someone leaving of their own free will, either a legion trader or drifter, relinquishes all ownership rights.

Just give Battlestation Dysonia to the Ghosts then you can go off and build up your new legion however you see fit.

Our intention wasn't to steal the base so it's only logical for the people that did put whatever they did in the base of any base for that matter they should be able to.

I see your point but things like this can happen in the future so it's only logical that Dan and company could keep the seasonal items up for sale.

Dan will continue to make money from them as new bases form etc .. So it's in every ones best interest.

I would gladly have it instead

If one person bought both modules for the base, that's 59 other people that could come up with the GP's to buy and replace them.
