A planet was virused earlier, and despite being still virused, the population has been slowly increasing.

ive honestly never seen it go up before. and ive re virused a planet after 24 hours and it re drops the population. in none of those cases did the population ever go back up.

I think the population goes up by one every 3 seconds. After a virus, it would then get one every 3000 seconds, or 50 minutes.

It's not one every three seconds. It's like one every two minutes.

It's EXACTLY 1 per min w/o debuff. or 1 per 1000 min with debuff(hello, 16.67 hours) so no, it should not be going up with the virus on. UNLESS the guy pop podded it.
