A completion grants a spawn of a random NPC that is rank-independent, meaning you can potentially get a module that you missed because it was released after you were too high a rank to see the NPC share (mostly for boss NPC). I'm not sure how much people care about such modules though, but it would be interesting. It could also be a way to see some mission NPCs again (most of the mission module drops have an equip limit anyway, 2-4 modules). Kind of like a wildcard NPC.

I meant it for specific missions where say you deleted the module but the limit is equal to the normal modules dropped; so for those you can recover a lost/sold module but not get any more ultimately than you could originally. Or for NPC that you can't normally see anymore. Obviously specific mission NPCs would be problematic here, so they would be excluded.
