Just finished Furtive Adjustments. I used the Dark Smuggler Chassis artifact and my profession changed to Dark Smuggler. However, the Dark Smuggler ship image is not available on my ship image option screen. Am I doing something wrong?

No, the Dark Smugglers' Chassis will override any ship image you choose.

So, I don't see any difference on my display? The change is only apparent to everyone else?

Select a random Ship Design, then go to Ship -> View Ship Stats, and you will see the Dark Iso-Runner Ship Design.

That doesn't work. I have tried all 5 ship designs I have, including the default race, exited from the game, come back in and viewed ship stats. On each image type, I see the image type selected, not the Dark Smuggler.

Do you definitely have the Chassis installed?

I've not found Caelon, so I'm not entirely sure how this actually works.

My profession info shows I am a level 764 Dark Smuggler.

The chassis only changes your ship image when you have the default ship image, any others will override it.

I just noticed something else. Even though I am a Taltharian, the default race ship I get is a Xecti.

And the image I get is a Xecti.

This needs to be taken to The Powers That Be. There's nothing I can do for you, except direct you to this thread, and recommend that you clear your cache (You can do this easily by pressing CTRL + F5 while looking at Galaxy Legion on Facebook).
