Prevents enemies from using artifacts or abilities on the planet.
What does this mean??? Sounds like the planet cant be scanned or invaded. Anyone know anything about this planet effect??

Exactly what it says, it can still be scanned,attacked,invaded.
Just no enemy planet artifacts and enemy planet abilitys.

Shucks, Thought I had something better than an invincible. Oh well its still a nice effect and does make an invasion harder.

It does make invasion harder, but it makes it impossible to do anything with it to make it a well producing planet
no placing artifact structures
no Taltherian ability
no Terraformers
no Quasi-Spacial Expanders
no flux probing
Worst possible planet effect IMO

Prevents enemies it says... shouldn't stop you from doing anything if you own the planet.
Though i've never gotten one so i don't know.
