I'd like the center to be changed so that only legions more than a month old can recruit.

Why? Because if you want to join a relatively new legion, the search is excellent for it. The idea was so that legions which have trouble getting members because they are further back on the list can easily recruit people, not to have it spammed again by large amounts of just-made legions.

But level 5 base and increase minimum level to make legion to 200.

The whole point of this recruitment center is to get lower level base legion more members. If there's a base limit into the center, again the lower part level of the game is "left out". It's fine as is.

I agree about the 1 Month requirement thing but disagree with everything else.

-1 to your proposal. Rank 200 is too high. Set it to something like rank 100, a rank that signifies that you're a dedicated player.

When you hover over the base image to see its info, I think it should display the base's name rather than the legion's name for the sake of removing some redundancy.

I already suggested this, the topic is down the list a bit

time based is WAY better than level based.

if someone manages to slow.rank for a year and is still under rank 50, i don't see any issue with them setting up their own legion.

but maybe a combination ?

over rank 200 - anytime
100-200 - must have at least 30 days experience
less than 100 - must have 90 days experience
less than 50 - must have 180 days experience

it has a CP cost, i think that shows some dedication to whatever legion pays it to post.
