. Delta Surfers have a level 6 arti base always set to equal shipments. At its peak it gives out 57k artis. We also have a nearly complete CT-Lab with the exception of the Anubix AI Assault Drone. We are hard at work to discover the last.

In addition we have regular base battles with our allies, ranging from level 3 bases for our lower ranks to level 5 and 6 bases for our higher ranks.
Our goals are to have our members progress through the game at a steady pace and build a strong ship and a respectable reputation.

This has been discussed already... twice... and as it is a legion matter, it does not belong in this forum. I will answer this once, and after that I have nothing further to say here on this subject. If you wish to discuss it further, please use a PM or Delta's Facebook group.

1) Delta is not currently interested in re-opening its training legion.
We would much rather focus our energy and resources on Delta Surfers right now. If you wish to be part of Delta, you are welcome to join DS and find ways to contribute there. The fact that you have not joined DS, but rather continue to ask for DD to be handed to you, suggests to me that you are more interested in having some kind of title than in contributing to the Delta family. And quite frankly, that's backwards. First you show yourself to be a loyal, contributing member; then (sometimes) you earn the privilege of a title.

2) Continuing to ask us to give you this legion is not going to change our answer.
In fact, it makes me much less likely to want to give it to you. I can't speak for everyone and I'm not a leader to have final say on these things; but I really, really don't like giving promotions to people who ask for them. Don't tell me you would be a good officer/leader. Show me through your actions.

3) If or when the time comes to re-open Delta Destroyers, the Delta leadership will choose suitable people to lead DD.
Most of the time, it's pretty evident who has qualities that might be helpful in this kind of role. They don't have to ask for it to be handed to them: they have demonstrated their ability during their time at Delta. And the leaders do take notice of people who are being helpful or otherwise showing potential to become officers or leaders.

Please stop asking us to install you at DD. You have already had your answer (several times), and that ought to be enough.

During my visit too Gotta say i'm enjoying it here. Hanging out with Delta is very chillaxing ^_^ These guys are growing i'd join now before slots run out.
