My issue is very simple.
weve lost our developer, hes turned into nothing less then a money grubbing uncaring absentee landlord. game content is rarely in line with things we ask for, and there sure as hell arent any fixs for the NUMEROUS issues posted all over the forums.
the additions we DO get are ALL GP related, and have been for the last 6 months. (i called this one when it first started)
things we DONT get are fixes for
-npcs for rank 2200s
-warmode of some kind
-god damn battle tab filling with UN BUMPABLE targets.
- no multi use of artis (xcells, brackets, prisoners etc)
- cloaking on planets
those are just off the top of my head.

on the forums, we have, and i say 'have' loosely, mods that dont do ANYTHING.
they(also loosely used term, since Baci hasnt been seen in over 2.5 years) close the occasional topic, or move it, but do they reply to ANY of the suggestions or issues on the forums... NOPE.
do they stick around for more then 2 weeks. NOPE.

so we have a game thats decent, but a developer that wont fix a lot of the issues that need fixing, in favor of trying to milk us for more cash, and weve got a forum that runs rampant (and yes i do have fun being myself here) that is basically without rules.


Im curious to see how long this stays up before it gets closed.. heaven forbid someone speak out so openly on these topics.
maybe the VERY DIRECT approach will work, where as all the others have not.... but i wont hold my breath

also to go with this, ive stopped spending $ for GP, and ive never done the free methods that others do, these issues NEED a response one way or the other.
i implore all of you who agree, copy and paste and re post this (since we know whats going to happen to this posting and poster)
add your own issues that need to be dealt with to your postings as well.

I am not some mindless ATM for dan to use, LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, MAKE US HAPPY and we WILL return to GIVE you our money.

I agree with you icarium for once.
Dan does need to stop the developement of the new content and fix what we already have.

*shrug* There wasn't much for me to add, but I have seen a lot of oddities regarding perceptions of time here.

It is worth noting that I didn't even get a warning after some of the things I posted in the last week, which I had very much expected. Certainly, the forum could use a bit more attention, considering that fact.

I too will stop spending money on Galaxy Legion until the issues at hand are resolved, and I see a little more activity, and care, from the Galaxy Legion developers, and forum moderators.

I've spent a fair amount (~£600), and I regret every penny of it.

There is zero point in funding a game developer who won't even reply to threads on matters, whether he fixes the issue or not, a response from the developer is something that is always needed, but never comes.

So as you can see, my point is not that you need to fix these things Dan(which you do);

It is the abhorrent lack of response and blatant ignoring of topics.

The fact that you ignore PM's and Emails on the subjects.

That you won't give us a straight answer one way or the other on whether fixes are coming for issues.

Also, if your not gonna support this thread, that's fine, but don't derail the thread just to be a prick.

I personally haven't spent any money on the game, but fully agree with the issues raised here, so have signed the petition.

Need to be able to bump enemy players...........
This is a must! Due to the legion missions.....
Can't bump zeroed,Calmed or Halyconed players....
Making the PVP legion missions undo'able at times....
And really need to be able to "Use" arti's more than one click at a time....
Again for legion missions as well.... Clicking one Data disk at a time for legion missions sucks.........

Hello everyone,

I am Varun, a player who's dedicated most his playtime to helping and doing community related things as can be see through my founding of Galactic Historian Society, Galactic Entertainment Center, and creation of the Forum Guidebook to name a few things. As we all know Dan has refused to address issues brought to his attention by the player base such as the rank 2200+ NPC debate.

I realize i'm considered an annoyance to some due my behavior on the forums but I think everyone can agree with me that Dan's neglection of the player base has gone on long enough. Sure he's been more active lately with updates and such, but that doesn't change the fact that he's neglecting all the high ranked players who've spent money and contributed to the growth of HIS game.

Icarium made a thread earlier today and for once I actually agree with him. The forums have crap mods. Theres Dan the uncaring game dev, Baci the sheriff who's never around, Maude the neat freak who doesn't actually clean anything up, and Aggross who probably got eaten by a space rock or something. Popular suggestions and ideas like War Mode and NPCs for 2200+ go ignored. A single post by Maude was made during Namalak's spree of threads addressing the issue and as usual nothing has been done.

Xzien, a guy famed for his service to the community has also recently been cheated by Dan's refusal to publish his story at the last second. DOTE is the thing that kept my hope for GL's future alive. I've watched for almost 2 years as the player population has dwindled from 60k to 50k to 40k to 30k to 20k and now it sits at a mere 10k, pathetic considering we were supposedly at 120k players a couple years ago. DOTE was the thing I hoped would revive GL's player base with its success. Now Dan is trying to back out of a deal that could be the game's savior by bringing in more players? BS I say!

I will be boycotting any and all forms of GP Sales from my end until Dan gets his crap together. This applies to communication with the community, Preliator Xzien's book, and producing content to keep players entertained.
