I was just wondering if anyone knew of a faster was to get those Crimson Blades NPC's to show up. I have easily got past my 120+ mark, but I am going through so much artis to keep clearing other NPCs to get Crimsons to appear, so I was just wondering if there were a faster way to get them to show up. I do have the tactical Remodulation ability that resets the NPC list, well refreshes it anyway, but any advice as to completing it quicker would be grateful, Thank you

the only thing that comes to mind is to lower your scan as low a possible(I don't recommend this) to have them appear more often. You will be missing out on the good npc's and should probably just wait until you hit rank 1k or so

This medal is easier to get at rank 350 and below. I wouldn't wait until rank 1k. Because then you will be getting dozens of Flamehawks as well as Hawks and they are a much bigger energy suck. You just have to be patient for this medal. Not everything here is instant gratification. But good luck and happy hunting

crimsons and rares are the ony things i'm taking down while i'm going for raids and hacks.
i think you just have to expect that this medal will take awhile. the sha'din one will take even longer ...
p.s. my crimson tally is at 97

I would buff to NPC until I'd get 4 crimson blades on my tab and then wait for the buffs to fall off, but that took forever as well. Might help if you just don't buff to go NPCing.

From personal experience, between ranks 350 and 400 is one of the best times to do it, as you see both Crimson Hawks and Crimson Flamehawks, as well as the rarer Crimson Tyrant, and Crimson Overlord.
Overlords and Hawks vanish at 400.

Support my old idea thread. lol I have in it where it would give you new NPC's of some groups not to mention a % increase in finding some NPC's in that group. Granted Dan may change many of the things around in it but all the same it is there. lol Here is the link: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=25423

fill your page find someone online and have them CM you.
Or just don't worry about it, when you wake up kill the ones on your bt and just wait it out. Takes a while longer but it is easier.

GL is not an immediate gratification game. You just have to do a lot of NPCs to get the ones you want, sometimes. Of course, the fewer hits it takes to kill any one NPC, the more NPCs you'll see for the same amount of energy.

So first finish the Zolazin chain to gain +2 spots for NPC.

I just recently unlocked this medal after 8 months (The first 7 months were idle NPCing. Got 250 kills during this time period. The last month was when I actively NPCed)
My Tips:
1. Get your attack as high as possible to blast away NPCs with less energy 2. Try NPCing between ranks 350 - 400 as that's when you have the best chance of finding Crimson Blades NPCs 3. Have patience. This isn't something you will achieve in a few days effort 4. Arrange to have someone CM you at a set time (Make sure you have no buffs immune to CMs on) 5. Buy a lot of debuffs, as these come in handy against Stryll Assassins

I got my medal in two days of NPCing. Granted I can auto rank without buffing up on NPC's so you could just hold off till you are much higher ranking then do it all at once really fast.

Simply don't buff for a npc run? it's not that hard.

I'd suggest trying to get it before Flamehawks start at Rank 350... Hawks, Overlords, Tyrants and Harvesters are all a lot less painful. You could also do it much quicker than that if you focused more on NPCs than I did.
