where can i get chron shifter part from ?? , i need for a mission?

After that mission is unlocked you will be able to see an NPC on your battle tab that carries it. You have to churn through some NPCs though to get them on your screen. I seem to recall them being like cockroaches till I finished the mission. I know a couple of the later mission-specific NPCs are...

the mission reward isn't that good, i did it mainly to get the chron ships off my battle page
