How much scan do you need to find a TO Troop Carrier? I have not found one successfully yet.

I have found many Troop Carriers with 71 scan, about 5-6 Troop Carriers in 5 days.. but i think its just luck, because in last 4 days i found 1-2 Troop Carriers per day in small NPC runs.

I found 9 crimson armories off of 85 scan, the first 4 I wasn't even actively NPCing. No troop carriers though.  _________________
