I can't confirm if he is an alt or not. He was mentioned as being as being an alt of someone, but the source was very sketchy and Nippon could have been mentioned to make us at Overlord suspicious of him. He did go inactive shortly after this post was originally made and being mentioned as an alt though.

Obviously he is active now, but I would be suspicious of him.
