Hi! TIA for any answers to these questions!

1) If I abandon a planet with a planetary analysis effect on it does it lose that effect? (i.e. Advanced Civilization Ruins)

2) If a planet naturally has the effect Advanced Civilization Ruins can a Reality Transfuser be used on it? (I'm guessing you can't, but hoping you can so thought I'd check with the experts!)

For the first question, the answer is NO. If a planet has a permanent effect, the effect wont dissaper if the planet is abandoned or conquered by someone. If you abandon it though, u wont be able to see the effect on it, but when u colonize the planet it will re-appear.

I dont think u can use a RT if a planet has moons, ruins or rings. You can if it has caverns, cloak screen, lush biosphere though. Not 100% sure on this one.

The effects will remain, however, if you reset and the planet is abandoned that way, then the effects will be removed.

If any of the transfusable effects are already on the planet, then you cannot analyze it again.

no, you can not TRANSFUSE it again, but Dan indicated that you can still get another effect randomly.

Thanks everyone! I'm trying to figure out which planet to use my hyper-terraformer on so wanted to be sure about things before I did anything. I appreciate you all helping me out!

Use it on a planet that has rings or moons.Size/resources of the planet are not important because it will be turned into a Massive 13x/13x/13x exotic.

Not an analyzable one. It'll just show up straight away and leave a post in your log.

That must be a glitch then... Unless Exotic Planets are special.

I sold a VL Icy with ACR (from a randomly occurring Analyze). The guy tried to use an RT on the planet, and it wouldn't allow him.
