Its extremely annoying that the "Use Other Artifacts" button is not available on planets such as Exotica or planets which have a vortex deflector used on them, as the Immunity should not prevent you using an artifact on yourself. On planets with a vortex deflector the "Use Other Artifacts" button should be allowed to be used and the "Use Planet Artifacts" button should be greyed out or not present.

Simple solution: don't use Vortex Deflectors.

Besides, is it that much trouble to go to your Trade --> Artifacts tab? Stop being lazy

If you're attacking Exotica and you need to buff quickly or something like that... +1 if it's not too difficult to implement, it can have the occasional use.

agreed. Buffing yourself should not be blocked because you're attacking Exotica. And once more, dan, please let SCPs work on every immune planet that isn't Exotica.
