i just got one of these and it was expensive compared to what im getting even though im cashing in at 9000-11000. why is this so expensive? i see its 28 galaxy points and i think it cost 3000-4000. it seems like it valuable at really high levels but not so much at level 50. can some one explain the finer points of this artifacts..thanks

Useless. If you want to level faster, use GP refills or energy cubes instead, you'll get much more xp than you would from the +15% gain for 10 minutes.
Lets say I have 600 energy, and do the prejor mission that gives 180 xp for 60 energy. (best ration I've seen so far.)
I can use the neural interface, and get an additional 270xp (15% times 10) after using up all my energy. OR I could use an energy cube/refill and get an extra 1800xp instead.
270xp for 28GP, or 1800xp for 10gp.... Unless I'm missing something, the math just doesn't work.

or you can use BOTH. i tend to use my neural interface when i am about to level. the extra 15 percent will help me to level, i'll get a full boost of energy (get the +15 percent through all that), then use an energy cube and again use it all with the help of the extra 15 percent.
BELIEVE ME IT HELPS

would rather get cubes. more than just more XP can be gained from them. they can be equal to a can of whoop ass in a fight, or invasion.

BELIEVE ME IT HELPS Ok if you have one anyway because you were unlucky enough to get it on an artifact shipment, by all means use it, it's free xp. My main point was that the cost is very unbalanced for what you get out of it, and I can't imagine anyone would every actually spend GP on it.
