The rewards are the same for all levels which is another reason why it sucks but not germaine to this thread.

it is because now i can say anyone farming for red badges above level 100 is just farming for the fun of it...they dont need the stuff in the same way i do.
therefore, there is no honour to be had by doing it imho...the clue was there with what i said about a choke point

Yeah, I'd say the casual amount of laserfire around here's gone up some. It's not like stepping into the streets of Tombstone or anything, but definately abit more excciting.

Those little 8 ton, 50 dmg weapons have a ratio of 6.25. That's a better return than a Null Ray. Not many people are going to look down on that.

There is honer in it its just hard to do it with honer, some times EVERY that's EVERY person in my tab is around 20 ranks or more lower them me, and when I fined a higher rank I can hit a few of them , but I can't keep stepping one pa, nova's , galaxy, galaxy crusaders, pirates of the coves, and other top legion over and over again. I have all ready been alerted to some of your legions. Most of you don't care for one hit but when I hit 3 or more of your people I no you start to get mad. So some times lower ranks and smaller legions take a hit or to. Not perfect but when I get all the badges I need I will stop. I do think it evens out I have hit about equal lower and higher ranks .

Just hit The Dark Side... They apparently didn't care very much when I hacked 5 or 6 and disabled 2 others in a 24 hour period. Two of the "Big Boys" came to play, got stonewalled pretty well and went back home their tails tucked...

Really? Seems Gavroche is the only one who "might" have already gotten a badge from me. I can't recall his rank when he got firewalled on an empty hack but it was pushing the 40% limit. Versus 10 (give or take) counting disables, raids and hacks. That's what happens when you farm one of my members. And for the record, I have not used a single enemy artifact on any of my badge hits.

ive been heavily pvping since the badges came around, so far noones retaliated or disabled me. yet. a few hacked me but i killed them back. summed up 112 red badges, 13 yellow, 9 blue, 2 green

Heh. Dysonians are known as efficient team-coordinated attack on anybody. During last two long wars from rebels and NIs had shaped us that way. We had been teaming up on anybody who retaliated us back and always had been that way for months. Badge system came in and I saw no difference in constant PVPing in our legion. We are at war against any legions for months and it never had been stopped.. War thrives us and keep us strong.. Badge system only reinforces our strength and keep us well coordinated for months to come.. As for me, I simply don't have time for participating in team attacks so I just do 1v1 PVP so far.. I know it slows me down but that's ok. That's what I pay for my limited time in game.. But I don't stop Dysonians from what they are doing what they love. Last two wars made who we are.. I tried to do battle tab fights and it is most inefficient way to get badges other than easy hackings cuz battle tab players seems always have traps up all the time from now on and if I hit them, they just disappeared.. So, we found most efficient way to get badges is the method that we already used for months (team coordinated attacks) to bring enemies down so we can raid them. High rank fights via battle tab other than hacking is now a joke.. It is a total waste of time.. Kill those retaliated players is the better method at this time unless Dan has something to do with high rank battle tab system..

Kaos, You are not special.. We do that on so many players and they had witnessed what you had just witnessed.. Also, Kaos.. You are long-time member of Rebels and we are STILL at war against any rebels as well as NI.. We kill anybody who are not Dysonians.. Smart players just hide away and not to attack back (battle tab players) if they don't want to be mass-attacked by us..

Sure, I did get ganged up by other legions personally but it didn't even bother me. It's just part of GL style but I don't alert them and I just do what I can do to kill them off who got involved in the gang up and they stopped and it worked.. 1 vs 10 and wins over time gives me more sense of accomplishment. No real point of whining. Remember. I have one disadvantage that you don't, kaos.. I have big fat target painted on my ship all the time via kill leader board and it gives other legions so much easier time to gang up on me.. I never even complain.. I just accept death like a warrior and just bit them harder personally. Same true for other Dysonians. They embrace deaths as they had been PVPing for many months and they became quite veterans at that. We sure had lot of fights that made us into well-oiled killing machine over time..

As for those serious PVP high rank players who want to stay out of Dysonians' path of destruction.. Just contact me or Krauzen for applying to join so you can be part of elite legion and be on safe side.. We do weed out weak PVPers out to make room for serious ones just to strength us considering our position as zero NAP with nobody but ourselves..

There is no skill, the only skill is busting out your CC to get that far ahead in the game and then joining a legion that's OP and essentially untouchable.

If that's true then every legions in GL would employ similar method. Sadly. I only know only two legions to employ that method but at lesser degree. It does take skills: Communication and teamwork to achieve that feat.. So you are not correct that it doesn't involve pushing a button repeatedly alone.. I just took a little test on pushing button personally a second ago and hit a Halycon trap. I still see that player still alive and I don't see any coordinated attack to bring him down at all.. Therefore, pushing a button repeatedly didn't work.. Simply cuz I didn't even communicate and do the teamwork..

well im nuking every non crus/pal i see in my bt for badges and i must say i like how it goes now sinc eim mid lvl ( 175 is mid rite?) i get plenty of foesbut i do not have squat for traps cept my mountain of halc and krio ( they are always on ^_^)

I keep finding a battle tab full of Macy's pilots, and they always have a halcyon on. Death to Macy's! Overpriced buggers anyways.... :p

Posting about how experienced your legion is at ganging up on one person is by no means honorable or something I would brag about.

Takes a deep breath.. We, Dysonians, do not give a crap about honor.. We do not seek honor or practice honor.. There is no code in our policy that demands honor.. I hope you get the message now.. I kept hearing for months after months from various players telling us that we got no honor and whined about it.. Guess what? They are correct. We do not chase honor and we view "no honor" as compliment, actually. Thank you for nice comment about no honor. It's quite meaningless really. We do what we could to get most out of GL for ourselves not for anybody outside our legion.. We look out for ourselves (Dysonians) only.. We do honor to each other as teammates but honor means jack outside Dysonians..
