issue with Uldri Spacial Marker II

as the title says, im having an issue with the Uldri Spacial Marker II. I have 1 on a planet i took some time ago. i am trying to upgrade it to mark 3, but when i try to , it says " Planet must be calm (not attacked) for at least a month to use." When i go to the colony tab, it states the planet is "calm" and also that is was last attacked "1 month ago" . Does anybody know why this is happening? I realise im probably missing something, i usually do. Any help is appreciated.

Rounding problem most likely.
Your planet is probably attacked 29 days ago but the planet just rounds that to show attacked a month ago.
Wait a few more days and you should be good to go.

No. There is a difference between colony age and last attacked. _________________
