There are so many ways to temporarily inflate productions for a one time picture.
Worry less about those photos because what you don't realize is they don't produce what they show on a regular basis.

Even Klorvis Supply Conduit isn't something you can guarantee having on your planet every day.

Science Summit Contract : Research +25%
Alarri Signaling Drone : Production 10% - don't know anyone who uses these and pays for refills but likely someone does

Also remember some people say 14k production which you might think oh wow 14k arti/hr
you are wrong, 14k production is gonna be the mining + research + artifact

And yes, the 14K was all production. Still the arti was over 12K....
